Never intended to be established as a resort, this was a cherry orchard established back in 2013 by the owner himself. However, in 2021 the idea of establishing a resort was conceived by the owner and within two years the orchard farm was converted into a resort.
This barren patch of land was washed away by flash floods back in 1976. There after the area was not developed. However, in 2013 the owner decided to re-develop the area and turned into an orchard initially and then into one of the most famous resorts of Gilgit Baltistan.
